Nature has provided perfectly for each and every species on the planet all they
require in a raw natural form. Nature does not count grams of protein or measure specific nutrients, each species is
drawn naturally to certain foods and thrives. Cooking is not required or animals would have learned to cook from the
moment of creation. You do not need to worry if your pet is getting enough nutrients as long as you are offering them
enough of what they would naturally be drawn to consume if they were free.
Every person desiring to take on the responsibility of bringing an animal into their home should strive
to create as close to that animal’s natural habitat and diet as possible. It would be so good for our beasties
if we fed them what they are designed to consume rather then what is the most marketed for the sake of human convenience.
Learn the SCARY TRUTH about what's in your pet's
food! Everyone should read these articles if you love your dog or cat.
A team at Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine conducted several studies to
determine if vaccines can cause changes in the immune system of dogs that might lead to life-threatening immune-mediated
diseases. They obviously conducted this research because concern already existed. It was sponsored by the Haywood
Foundation which itself was looking for evidence that such changes in the human immune system might also be vaccine induced.
It found the evidence.
The
vaccines, particularly rabies, are a political and economic scam being forced upon pet owners because they do not know the
truth. Rabies, nationwide, is nowhere near the problem the veterinarians, media, politicians and bureaucrats would like you
to believe. If you wish more of the truth go to your local city or county government building and look up the codes and statutes
concerning vaccines and rabies. Get figures from local animal control for rabies in dogs, cats and wildlife in your area.
Then you can start to fight back, take control of your life, and protect your pet from the only dreaded disease that is important--special
interest groups pushing their program leading to vaccine induced damaged immune systems. Only you can set yourself free.
Pets have many of the same parasites that we get, including Ascaris (common roundworm), hookworm, Trichinella,
Strongyloides, heartworm and a variety of tapeworms. Every pet living in your home should
be deparasitized (cleared of parasites) and maintained on a parasite program. Monthly trips to your vet are not sufficient.
When it comes to getting rid of worms many people head straight for over-the-counter
treatments, many of which are excessively harsh and often less than effective.
Some may even be harmful in the long run.
When it comes to your pet’s health,
natural remedies are usually a good place to start.
Although a number of conventional
de-worming treatments are very effective, most, if not all, are chemically-based and may be harmful to your pet in the long-term.
Continual de-worming with conventional products may also weaken your pet’s immune system.
Holistic
practitioners recognize that the whole animal should be treated to maximize health and reduce imbalance
in the system caused by a variety of environmental and dietary stresses.
A combination of natural
medicine, healthy diet and regular exercise will help to protect your pet against parasitic infection.
Whether you
just want to save money or would rather not use prescription medications on your pet, a natural herbal cleanse is a viable
option for your infected animal.
A simple diet change, such as adding more fiber to your animal's diet, may be
enough to rid them of parasites if they are healthy and the infection is not severe. Liquid clay has been reported to catch
and collect the parasites as the clay moves through and out of the digestive tract. Ground pumpkin seeds, pomegranate juice
and cloves have also been known to be effective. The most popular herbal remedies tend to include black walnut hulls or wormwood.
Colloidal silver is a naturally occurring antibiotic that kills more than 540 strains of bacteria and is useful as a cleanser.
Herbal cleansers are generally made up of a combination of these and sometimes other herbs.
