 Spirulina...

Dear Ginger,

Why is spirulina good for you?
What is spirulina good for?

-R.M.

__________________________________________________

Dear R.M.

Like all foods & herbs, spirulina may or may not be a beneficial food for you personally.  The best way to test any food is with the FTM or Fast(ing) Test Method.  Abstain from all foods, only drinking water for 24 hours.  Then try a bit of the food and wait a few hours to see how you feel and how it digests.   If there are no noticeable effects or if you experience positive effects, then this is an ideal food for your body at this time.  This can change over time.  Our bodies are very good at letting us know when a food is not needed.  Usually we will lose the taste for it or find it undesirable.  As with any food, make sure you get quality raw, wild, sustainably harvested or organically grown, food that is free from contaminants, excipients, additives and heavy metals.

Spirulina and chlorella are both amazing foods with a very long history of benefits!

Here is a free book on both of them, brought to you by Mike Adams of www.NaturalNews.com

http://www.chlorellafactor.com/

Here's a taste of what you'll find in the book:

•     Which superfood provides twelve times more digestible protein than beef.

•     How these superfoods actually rebuild nerve tissue in the brain and throughout the body.

•     The truth about how one superfood has been shown to kill breast cancer tumors outright.

•     Why these superfoods would cost $100 a pill if they could be patented and classified as drugs.

•     The reason why these superfoods are called "the perfect food" for the human body.

•     How these superfoods provide critical nutritional help for those on high-protein / low-carb diets.

•     The surprising facts of how these superfoods provide a complete protein (all eight essential amino acids) that's rarely found in the plant kingdom.

•     The cancer-fighting truth that modern medicine doesn't want you to know: there's a blue pigment in spirulina that shrinks cancer tumors.

•     How these superfoods correct a common nutritional deficiency that results in poor cardiovascular health and increased risk of osteoporosis.

•     Why you can throw out all your "bulk" vitamins and minerals once you start eating these superfoods: they provide every vitamin and mineral needed for human health in natural form, straight from nature, not from a chemical factory.

•     How chlorella contains far more calcium than milk (and all-important magnesium, too, which is almost completely absent in milk).

•     Why these superfoods are vastly superior to coral calcium when it comes to getting macrominerals and trace minerals from natural sources.

•     How these two superfoods help regulate blood sugar and reduce cravings for carbohydrates.

•     The astounding facts about how these superfoods actually remove heavy metals from your body: metals like mercury, cadmium, lead and arsenic.

•     The truth about how one nutrient found in one of these superfood boosts brain function and literally increases mental capacity.

•     Why people with silver dental fillings absolutely must take these superfoods to protect their nervous systems from damage.

•     Which superfood is best for people with chronic liver disorders or who have a history of smoking or drinking.

•     The shocking truth of how one group of students improved their academic scores by 81% from taking a tiny dose of one of these superfoods for six months.

•     How certain ingredients in these superfoods help your body repair DNA damage to boost its immune function and even reverse cancer.

•     The astounding truth of how one group of patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation actually quadrupled their two-year survival rates by taking a single dose of chlorella!

•     How one ingredient found in spirulina protects against arthritis, multiple sclerosis, asthma, and cardiovascular disease -- all at the same time!

•     The facts on how these two superfoods can protect you from pesticides, PCBs, and other environmental toxins that are simply unavoidable in today's food supply.

•     Well researched recommendations on where to buy spirulina and chlorella at the absolute best prices on the Internet (you could be overpaying by 200% or more if you buy the famous brands for these superfoods. I'll show you where to get them at a fraction of the price from trusted sourced.) As always, I have no financial ties with the sources I recommend. I accept no advertising revenues.

Flaws, Fear & Perfection...

Dear Ginger,

Would you consider yourself to be a perfectionist?  Why or why not?  Also, is being a perfectionist a good or bad thing?  If you could have the power to live forever physically in the same body you have right now, would you want to?  What's your biggest fear in life?  What are your biggest flaws?

-R.H.

Dear R.H.

Yes I certainly do feel that I am a perfectionist, especially at times, and in some areas.  I find myself struggling at times, with doing something at all, if I don't think it is coming out just right.  This is a subject that I have been working on, and I feel that I have made quite a lot of progress, yet I still have a ways to go in this area.

Being a perfectionist is not a bad thing, in fact it can be a really great thing, as it shows that you are always striving to become better.  However, as with anything, there are two sides of the coin.  Being a perfectionist can get out of control if we do not lighten up a bit in some areas.  Prioritize perfection!  Not everything requires your best or your all.

If I could have the power to live forever, physically, in this same body that I currently have right now, yes I would want to.  I also believe, as 'out there' as this may sound to some of my readers, that I am in fact doing this now.  I come from the quantum and 'new age' spiritual (for lack of a better term at the moment) perspective that we are all already capable of living as long as we desire to.  We have immortal DNA, our genes are already coded to exist eternally.  Through consciousness and intention, we can 'activate' this within us if we choose to.  There are scientists who have kept cells alive for decades now, cells that are 'supposed to under normal conditions' deteriorate and cease to live within a very short lifespan. These cells have not aged at all to this day.

I am a fan of Epigenetics and the work of Dr Bruce Lipton on this topic.  That is a good place to start for anyone who has never heard about thoughts and environment having the power over our genes.  He has many videos on YouTube and google will bring up articles etc.

I have no fear of death, it is a wonderful thing.  However it is also becoming a bit outdated for our species.  We have not been living up to our potential for a long time now and this is changing.

Death serves a purpose for us.  When we no longer have powerful desire that summons forth thought/energy for creation, we decide, and not always consciously, to hit the reset button.  We then experience the releasing of all our self-inflicted resistance, and re-emerge back into pure positive energy, in order to come forth again with a fresh slate for new creation.  We are all very powerful creators and we like the physical very much because it serves as a magnificent platform for "be-ing", doing & having.  We are all discovering now, that we have had the power all along to release resistance in the physical, while still having powerful desires.  Therefore, soon we will no longer need the tool of death to turn to for relief.

My only real fear that I have not quite transcended yet, is the irrational fear of being over the ocean in a boat or plane.  This fear, though acute, does not however stop me from getting on planes and boats, or swimming way off the coast back when I lived in San Diego, CA.

As much as I may have certain issues with my physical body and the way my mind works at times, lately I have a hard time with labeling them as actual flaws.  I certainly have at times, even quite recently, however I am rapidly moving past that and letting go of that perspective because it holds me stuck in this vibrational reality where real lasting improvement is not possible.  I am Me for a reason, and everything is in divine order exactly as it should be at this moment in time.  Plus, I can change anything simply by shifting the way I choose to relate to it.  I believe in cause and effect, and both quantum physics, epigenetics, LOA (Law Of Attraction) & other areas of study have proven sufficiently that we are the way we are because of US.  Because of our way of interpreting our environment and our selves.  Therefore, we can turn our attention, then our actions automatically follow, towards what we choose as a "BE-ing".  That is a very important word, BEing.  Many people are still focusing on the 'human' part of human being, and missing the BEing part of it, which is where the power is.  The results you get in life are not what you desire, or think about, take action on etc, so much as what you are actually choosing to BE at the time.

 Following My Instincts...

Dear Ginger,

How can I explain to someone else that I just feel/know something without being actually told it?  I feel things at such a deep level that I have no choice but to follow my own instincts.. even when that means going against the grain and what is accepted by the pack mentality?

Dear S.ML.

First of all, let go of trying to control others thoughts about you.  While it feels wonderful to connect with others, and to be understood and agreed with, not everyone you encounter is coming from a similar enough perspective, and not everyone is capable of understanding something that they are not conscious of for whatever reason(s).  They do not need to know your reasons for choosing anything, they are your own.  You must run your life as you see fit, and from what it sounds like, you are doing this very well!  You would like for others to understand, and some will, so simply say to people "I just feel it, I have this knowing inside me about this" and let them think whatever they like in response.  End of subject, no justifying, no explaining.  You do not owe anybody anything.  Just like they do not have to come up with reasons that you can accept for the choices they make in their lives.  Differences can be fun, can help us learn so much including about our self, and they do not have to cause friction between people. It takes two people pushing against each other to cause friction, so let them be and accept them as they are.  They will feel this acceptance whether vibrationally or consciously, and your encounters will be much more harmonious.

Landing On The Moon...

Dear Ginger,

Ask the wise woman anything?
Okay.... did mankind really land on the moon or was the moon landing actually filmed in my back garden? ;D

-R.M.

Dear R.M.

It was actually filmed in my old basement! :)  Seriously though, in my opinion the answer is both yes AND no.  I do not believe that the footage shown that we are all pretty familiar with was real, so no.  However I do believe we were there in the past.

Here is series on YouTube that goes into the details at some point, about life at one time on Mars:

This one too I am pretty sure:

 Absinthe & Alcohol...

Dear Ginger,

I saw you like Absinthe. Is that a superfood beverage? lol. joking. Seriously though. What's that like? I've heard things, and I've watched Moulin Rouge like 13 times so I'm all familiar with the Green Fairy, so do you see the Green Fairy or what? Do you buy into Daniel Vitalis's theory that alcohol makes you lives longer? That's what he was saying at the last longevity conference. So I started drinking a little wine with my meals. Very unlike me, but he convinced me. Even the bible says to drink a little wine for thy belly's sake =D

Dear R.H.

I have drinks from time to time, however it is not a regular thing for me.  I do resonate with D. Vitalis and his stance on alcohol.  I am planning to make hard ciders and strong tinctures as a part of my pretty regular groove at some point.

I have not taken absinthe in this lifetime, yet!  So I will have to get back to you on that one :)  I have looked into it a bit after feeling a connection to it instantly when I heard of it.

 Dentists Say Teeth Cannot Regrow...

Dear Ginger,

How did you repair your chipped tooth just with diet, is fruit sugar bad for teeth, but dentists say enamel cannot regrow.
Kind regards.

-L.

__________________________________________________

Dear L.

I had a chipped front tooth since I was a child.  I dove into the shallow end of a pool in my apartment complex where we lived when I first moved to San Diego, CA.  I honestly had no idea that my tooth would grow back, and over the years every dentist I saw for regular cleanings would try to talk me into letting them fix it.  (I no longer go to dentists, have not been to one in almost a decade now, and my teeth are so much healthier now.) It didn't bother me, as I did not like smiling in pictures anyway ;) so I never did get it fixed.  Later, after moving to Las Vegas, NV, I became interested in raw foods and the natural lifestyle.  I started going all raw often, learning about and incorporating superfoods and herbs, and anything else that resonated with me and agreed with me.  It was during a period where I had been all raw for 6 months and I was doing a fast, that I noticed my tooth was completely normal and healed.  You can imagine my surprise!  I started calling my friends and family members to tell them what happened.  This led me to research more about dental health specifically and I will share with you here the link to my page on Dental Health.  There are very good articles and videos on the page.

Fruit sugar can definitely harm teeth, especially from the modern fruits we see commonly today.  Many fruits are now bred to be much sweeter and vegetables bred to be less bitter.  This is not an ideal situation, not just for our teeth.  I highly recommend this video by Daniel Vitalis:

Indigenous Nutrition & Physical Evolution
http://www.therawpath.com/indigenous_nutrition.html

Modern medicine, and dentists, do not want us to know that our bodies are designed to be well and even repair damage.  They would not have much business if the truth was promoted instead of lies and fearmongering.  I have healed several cavities as well as re-grown my chipped tooth and also kept all my wisdom teeth (I was told by a dentist that I would need surgery to remove them because they kept getting abscessed every couple months), so I know that it IS possible - Does not matter if modern medicine agrees with me or not.
